ANTICIPATION

Hello all, I know I haven't blogged in sometime but its so cold outside and I'm tired of taking pictures inside. According to Punxsutawney Phil we are in for an early spring which means in a few weeks time, spring outfit posts! In the meantime I'm sewing dresses for the upcoming spring season. I'll post my recent creation soon. I recently bought new boots from Modcloth and am checking UPS tracking every hour in anticipation of there arrival. Isn't she a beauty.

FINITO

I'm so proud! I finished making my first dress from scrap fabric. I know the colour is awful but just look at the design.

Obviously it's not perfect, but for my first dress it's pretty good. No words can explain how it makes me feel.

MAD MEN! The outfits in that show are inspirational. Today I was stuck in doors do to the snowpocalypse that was going on outside so I played dress up. I love Betty Draper outfits and tried to replicate this look:



I love the silk scarf :) I'm going to try and incorporate them in all my outfits.
